NAPA was founded on the belief that construction clients deserve better — better advice, better management, and a team that takes genuine ownership of outcomes.
Our story
Built from the ground up.
NAPA was established by practitioners who had spent years working across construction sites and boardrooms — and who saw the same problems recurring: poor commercial management, weak project oversight, and contractors left to self-manage without proper client representation.
We set out to build a different kind of firm. One that combines the rigour of professional construction consultancy with the hands-on capability to deliver physical projects to a high standard. The result is two complementary divisions — NAPA Consult and NAPA Construct — operating under one roof with a shared commitment to quality.
Today we work with developers, homeowners, investors, and contractors across residential and commercial sectors. Every engagement, regardless of scale, receives the same level of attention and expertise.

Over 15 years of experience managing construction projects and providing commercial management services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Construction Director
A seasoned site manager and project lead with a track record of delivering residential extensions, conversions, and small-scale new builds to the highest standard.

Commercial Advisor
Chartered quantity surveyor with extensive experience in cost planning, procurement strategy, and commercial management across residential and commercial schemes.

Experienced project manager specialising in programme planning, subcontractor coordination, and on-site delivery — ensuring every project runs on time and to specification.

MEP Programme Lead
Specialist in MEP project leadership across the full project lifecycle — design coordination, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, stakeholder management, and successful project handover.
